Σε ποιους απευθύνεται το σεμινάριο
Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε γενικούς αλλά και ειδικούς οδοντιάτρους διαφόρων κατευθύνσεων που επιθυμούν να επιμορφωθούν και να μετεκπαιδευτούν με επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένο τρόπο και με ασφάλεια στις γνώσεις και κλινικές δεξιότητες εφαρμογής της σύγχρονης αισθητικής και επανορθωτικής οδοντιατρικής.
Τι περιλαμβάνει το πρόγραμμα
Οι εκπαιδευόμενοι/ες θα εξοικειωθούν και θα ασκηθούν σε τεχνικές που αφορούν:
• τη μεθοδολογία για την διάγνωση αισθητικών προβλημάτων,
• τη λήψη και μελέτη οδοντιατρικών φωτογραφιών,
• την σύνταξη και παρουσίαση του εξατομικευμένου σχεδίου θεραπείας,
• την λεύκανση των δοντιών και την αντιμετώπιση των οδοντικών δυσχρωμιών,
• την αντιμετώπιση της απώλειας οδοντικών ιστών και αισθητικών προβλημάτων σε πρόσθια και οπίσθια δόντια με άμεσες και έμμεσες αποκαταστάσεις,
• την ανάλυση και διαχείριση της σύγκλεισης σε απλά και πιο σύνθετα περιστατικά,
• την διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση της φθαρμένης οδοντοφυΐας με συγκολλητική προσέγγιση,
• την ψηφιακή ροή εργασίας στην επανορθωτική οδοντιατρική,
• την αντιμετώπιση της νωδότητας μικρής έκτασης με συγκολλητική σε σχέση με κλασσική γέφυρα (1 δόντι),
• την αποκατάσταση μονήρους εμφυτεύματος.
Εκπαιδευτικοί στόχοι
Μέσα από την παρουσίαση των σύγχρονων επιστημονικών δεδομένων και τεχνικών καθώς και με την εντατική εργαστηριακή άσκηση, οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα αποκτήσουν τις απαιτούμενες γνώσεις και τις αντίστοιχες κλινικές δεξιότητες για την ασφαλή και προβλέψιμη αντιμετώπιση περιστατικών με αισθητικά προβλήματα, προβλήματα μικρής ή μεγαλύτερης απώλειας οδοντικών ιστών καθώς και το πρόβλημα της απώλειας ενός μεμονωμένου δοντιού.
Τι κερδίζει ο συμμετέχων;
Με την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος ο συμμετέχων θα είναι σε θέση να:
• Αναγνωρίζει τα οδοντιατρικά αισθητικά και επανορθωτικά προβλήματα, να λαμβάνει ενδοστοματικές και εξωστοματικές φωτογραφίες και να πραγματοποιεί αισθητική ανάλυση.
• Αναγνωρίζει τον κατάλληλο ασθενή για αισθητική αποκατάσταση.
• Γνωρίζει τις σύγχρονες τάσεις στην λεύκανση των δοντιών, τους περιορισμούς στην εφαρμογή λεύκανσης, τις μηχανικές και βιολογικές επιπτώσεις της λεύκανσης καθώς επίσης και τους τρόπους αντιμετώπισής τους.
• Γνωρίζει τα σύγχρονα δεδομένα που αφορούν στα επανορθωτικά υλικά, συγκολλητικά συστήματα, σύνθετες ρητίνες και κεραμικά.
• Επιλέγει τον κατάλληλο ανά περίπτωση τύπο αποκατάστασης.
• Συνθέτει λίστα πιθανών εναλλακτικών θεραπευτικών σχεδίων.
• Εφαρμόσει τις διαδικασίες προγραμματισμού, σχεδιασμού, κλινικής εφαρμογής και διατήρησης του αποτελέσματος στην αντιμετώπιση αισθητικών προβλημάτων, προβλημάτων απώλειας οδοντικών ιστών και του προβλήματος του ενός ελλείποντος δοντιού.
• Γνωρίζει τις σύγχρονες τάσεις στην αντιμετώπιση της φθαρμένης οδοντοφυΐας.
• Παρακολουθεί και διαχειρίζεται τα όποια προβλήματα μετά την ολοκλήρωση της αισθητικής/επανορθωτικής θεραπείας.
