📌 Short Abstract
Aesthetic results have been changing with the passing of time especially in implant dentistry, not just having osseointegration and function determines a good result.
Today the management of hard and soft tissues around implants has became fundamental in the developing of implants designs, abutments, restorative materials with the intuitive of preserving this important structures that makes our implant restorations more stable biologically, functionally and aesthetics on the long run.
We will focus in the immediate implant placement showing the step by step, from the diagnostic through the final restoration.
